Terms and Conditions:
1. Proof of Estimate Required: Offer valid only upon presentation of a written, itemized service estimate from a licensed automotive repair facility or authorized Audi dealership dated within the last 30 days.
2. Scope of Inspection: The complimentary "Second Opinion" includes a visual multi-point inspection and a high-level diagnostic review to verify the primary concerns listed on the external estimate.
3. Diagnostic Fees: This program covers standard "point-and-verify" diagnostics. Complex electrical troubleshooting, intermittent drivability issues, or repairs requiring significant disassembly (e.g., engine or transmission "tear-downs") are excluded from the complimentary offer and will be subject to our standard diagnostic hourly rate. However, any paid diagnostic fees will be credited 100% toward the repair if performed at Audi Nyack.
4. Price Match Policy: While we strive to be the most competitive in the market, price matching is at the sole discretion of Service Management. Estimates must use Genuine Audi Parts and equivalent Audi-Certified labor standards to be eligible for matching. We cannot match estimates using aftermarket, used, or refurbished parts.
5. Vehicle Eligibility: Offer applies to Audi vehicles only. We reserve the right to decline a "Second Opinion" review for vehicles with a "Totaled" or "Salvage" title history.
6. Non-Transferable: This offer has no cash value, cannot be combined with other "recalled" service campaigns, and is limited to one "Second Opinion" per VIN per 12-month period.
